Simple, step-by-step guides to help you use SAL’s technology with confidence.

Welcome to Scottsdale Artists League's Technology Help Center!
SAL uses a variety of online tools to help us communicate, collaborate, and manage our organization.
Our primary technology platform is Google Workspace (GWS), a collection of applications provided by Google.
You may already be familiar with some, like Gmail, while others may be completely new to you.
Don't worry! You don't need to become a Google expert to use these tools.
The Google Workspace Tools We Use
Email (Gmail)
Official SAL communications with members, volunteers, and outside organizations.
Google Groups
Communicate with committees and teams using a single group email address.
Google Drive
Our online filing cabinet for SAL documents, spreadsheets, and shared files.
Google Calendar
Keep track of SAL meetings, events, and invitations.
Your SAL Google Account
If you've been assigned a SAL email address, you also have a Google Workspace account.
Your account is your key to accessing SAL's Google applications and the information you're authorized to use.
Your SAL account is separate from any personal Google or Gmail account you may already have.
Some volunteers have more than one SAL account because they serve in multiple roles. Each account has its own email address and sign-in credentials.
You can use multiple accounts on the same computer or phone.
Ready to Get Started?
We recommend setting up a separate Chrome Profile for each SAL Google account you use. This helps keep your SAL activities organized and separate from personal browsing.
